Christine Watkins founded CMW, LLC after years of experience in the media industry, including positions on the ad agency side, local stations (ABC O&O's) and cable (ESPN).
She leveraged that experience to establish and grow a successful software company, INVISION, Inc., which became the largest supplier of advertising sales solutions in the U.S. market.
After nearly a hundred successful software implementation projects and years of seeing best practices in program management, pricing and planning, deal management and operations, a company was founded to help apply that knowledge to other organizations as they look to improve processes and supporting technology.
